Production

The Jefferson’s Twin Oak Custom Barrel Bourbon is crafted using a proprietary mash bill that is a blend of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of 8-12 years in new, charred American oak barrels, which are carefully selected to ensure the perfect balance of flavor and character. The bourbon is then finished in a unique, custom-designed barrel made from two different types of oak: American white oak and French oak.
