Production Process

Brown Sugar Bourbon is crafted using a traditional column still distillation process. The bourbon is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% barley. The grains are sourced from local farms to ensure the highest quality and consistency. The mash bill is cooked and fermented on-site at the distillery, before being distilled and aged in new, charred American oak barrels.

Aging and Selection

The bourbon is aged for a minimum of 2-3 years in a combination of new and used barrels. The barrels are stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse to ensure a consistent aging process. Once the bourbon has reached the desired age, it is carefully selected and blended to create a consistent flavor profile.
